Cooking class

Angelica Food technology 24/05/2018

Step 1 - 1 ½ cups of plain flour
Step 2 - 1 packet of yeast
Step 3 - ¼ cups of oil
Step 4 - 2 Tablespoon of Sugar
Step 5 - ¼ cups of milk, ½ of warm water
Step 6 - 1 egg

2) Mix well and leave for 20 minutes
Fry 6 bread at a time until golden brown

Today in class we made basic fired bread. It was pretty hard but we managed to make it. It did turn out right but I managed. Some of it did turn out burnt but as a result it was amazing.

Sole Trader is the simplest form of business structure and is relatively easy and inexpensive to set up. As a Sole Trader you will be legally responsible for all aspects of the business.


Partnership is the state of being a partner or partners


Private  Limited Company is a type of privately held small business entity, in which owner liability is limited to their shares, the firm is limited to having 50 or fewer shareholders, and shares are prohibited from being publicly traded.


Why Businesses are important?

Businesses can provide new brands,new foods and even new transportations.Businesses can give other people opportunities to put their skills to useful work. They provide social services and provide social help.

Quiche - Food Technology - 2018

Today the 17th we made quiche
the ingredient are
eggs,Milk,Cheese,Pastry,Mince and Mix Vegetables

the equipment is Pan,Baking tray,Whisk,Wooden Spoon & knife.

Step 1: Cut the pastry into 12

Step 2: Paste into the muffin tray

Step 3: Fry the mine with the onion

Step 4: add mix vegetables

Step 5: Whisk 5 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk.

Lastly bake at 180*c for 15 minutes.

Angelica Cooking class

Last week thursaday week were cooking macaroni and ham with some cheese so as we walked into food room our teacher said that today we will be cooking be macaroni and ham with some cheese and the whole class all just stopped and said "yeah lunch for me today"so as the teacher was talking she made it clear to follow the instructions and so the very first thing is to turn in the oven to boil the water so when you turn that on get a pot that an fit the macaroni in then after that get you macaroni in a bowl then wait for the water to boil as soon as that is done the add in the macaroni to the Hot,boiling water so you will need one person to watch the macaroni until it is soft and as it is soft then put it in the in cold water and drain out the hot boiling water and then after you have drained to the hot water the put it in cold water the after you drain the cold water leave in the side of the sink and then make you sauce and it is called white sauce so what you can mix it in our macaroni so first of all you will need for your white sauce so you need to put butter in the pan and let it melt and let it melt while the other buddy slices and dices the onion and to make it look like cubes then if that is done then add in the onion into the mix of butter and onion ONLY that until the onion is cooking but make sure that you don't make the onion black or brown cause that is depending on the sauce colour so make sure it is not burnt and if it goes brown o black that is the colour of the sauce so if i were you i wouldn't burn the onion so as we put in the onion tone of my buddy was stand ding there keeping an eye on the onion before our sauce turns into black or brown sauce and that's it you cant go back to your and fix your mistakes and after that add in your ham then wait until the ham is cook and then after that add in your flour and until it is thick then after that add in the milk teacher said until it is the say thickness as the K.F.C gravy that they sell and then when you have that kind of texture then after that add in your soft macaroni into the sauce then mix mix until you think it is cooked But it has to be cooked and then as you thin it is cooked put in the cheese into the mixture then put into cake tin then put it in the oven until golden brown then your done with you macaroni and cheese with some cheese and when you add in the cheese mix for only a little while and then maybe just a little bit of minutes say about just 1-2 minutes for the cheese and after that you will need a cake tin for you to put in the macaroni and cheese with some ham into the the cake tin then while before you put in the macaroni and cheese with some ham you will need to put on the cake tin and then pour out the macaroni and cheese and then put it the oven at about 120-150 degrees and cook till golden brown then after that your done then Now it's time for us to eat the macaroni and cheese with some ham and taste it,it will be divine and delicious macaroni and cheese with some ham if you try this it will be really yummy and delicious and it is a really nice just like me nahh jokes so that is what we did on thursday  last week made a really nice and divine macaroni and cheese with some ham and your DONE.
