Building a fale

`Building a Fale (School Journal Pt 1 No 4 2008)

Write numbers to show what happened first, second and so on. The first one is done for you.

5. Once the roof was on, it was checked to see if there were any gaps.
2. Then they had to level the ground and dig holes for the posts.
1. They gathered the building materials from the bush near their village.
3. Then they nailed the frame together and made the wooden floor.
6. Dad covered the thatch with netting to keep it from blowing away in a storm.
4. After that, it was time to put the roof on.
